2. I want to order from your site, but I want to do small order first. Can I? What is the minimum order?
Yes you can order only one item in our site.
The minimum order is one item, and you can order any quantity.
3. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as possible when we get the tracking number.it about 2 day after we get your information of payment.
4. When and how can I tracking my order status?
Generally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s) when we send you tracking number.
5. How do I contact you if I have a question?

6. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It base on which method to send,usually,takes 6 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends.
7. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
8. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
Yes. of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for two days. However, after two days, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
9.how to order?
you can choose any you want then add in cart and checkout then you can fill all your info,and then checkout again, and it will show a botton about "pay by paypal" click it , it shows paypal link,and you can make the paypal payment or pay by credit cart, when we get your order , we arrange it in one day, and give you tracking number in same day, about 7-9 days , you can get the pacakge.

12.how can i pay with credit card?
when you checkout, there will be showing paypal website link, in the left part, it shows "Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout", please click continue checkout, and you can fill all your credit card info and make payment, otherwise, please sign up an account in www.paypal.com and then to pay.
13.What's your payment methods? and how can i pay?
For now,we accept Western Union,T/T and Paypal, You can visit www.westernunion.com ,We will give you payment info, After you send the money,you will be given a receipt,in which you will see the MTCN (Money Transfer Control No.). Please tell me the MTCN.That will be OK
14. Some add fee
there is a certain amount of percent added to your price, it is for shipping fee,tax and insurance. as you know . there is a fixed percent of tax needed to pay when everything exported into the usa. the shipping and the insurance is for the express company , if your package is stopped by the custome in case, the mail company will take responsibility for that .They will resend the pacakge for you .
when you order more than 150 usd, we will afford the tax for you . though there is tax showing when you checkout, in fact we did not charge you that. you can compair the percent add to your price when you order more than 150 usd and less than 150usd, the percent is not the same.
when you order less than usd400 and when you order more than usd400, the percent added to your price is def . different. when you order more than usd400, we afford all the tax & insurance for you .
